Royal Fine Cleaners

The Builders Group of West Alabama completed a brand new, state-of-the-art 7500 SF dry cleaning and laundry plant for Northport-based Royal Fine Cleaners.

The new building is home to the newest innovative equipment and machinery available today in the dry-cleaning and laundry business. The Builders Group staff worked hand-in-hand with Royal Fine Cleaners owner Bill Wright on all the intricate plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems needed to accommodate the very specialized equipment.

Additionally, because of this new facility, Royal Fine Cleaners can now launder and clean with a more consistent and assembly-line type process. Along with the actual process plant, TBG completed over 1500 SF of new offices and break areas for all of Royal Fine Cleaners employees and staff.

Capstone Bank  

The Builders Group of West Alabama completed demolition and framing work on a new branch for Tuscaloosa-based Capstone Bank. The work consisted of stripping the existing 2500 SF building of all interior and exterior finishes in preparation for construction of the new 5000 SF branch. Additionally, TBG framed the new building from the ground up, including a comprehensive and complex roof truss system designed to distribute weight around the existing roof. The branch now houses enough room and lobby space for Capstone to serve its customers in a state of the art environment. From old to new, The Builders Group is proud to have been a part of this revitalization for Capstone Bank.
