The Builders Group of West Alabama, LLC is a diversified residential and commercial development and building company that includes the partnership of two top builders in the Tuscaloosa area. Wendell Barton and Lynn Corder have extensive real estate, land development, and personal business experience. With a combined total of 50 years of building related experience, The Builders Group of West Alabama, LLC proves to be a principal builder in the West Alabama area. Lynn Corder has been awarded the 2008 Home Builder of the Year for Tuscaloosa.

Both partners of The Builders Group of West Alabama, LLC is actively involved on local, state and national levels of the home building industry. Lynn Corder is Past President of the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa (2005), and is a State Director and Chairman of the National Home Builders Association Regulatory Affairs committee. Wendell Barton served as President for the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa (2006) and also serves as a State Director. We are proud to announce Wendell Barton has been awarded the 2009 Home Builder of the Year for Tuscaloosa.

	Brock Corder has served as President of The Builders Group since 2007. He is responsible for business and real estate development and ensuring that all company goals, standards, and processes are met. Also, Brock is personally committed to making each TBG customer's experience the best possible and delivering a quality product each and every time. Further, Brock is actively involved in the community on TBG's behalf, and serves in leadership capacities at The West Alabama Chamber of Commerce, Capstone Bank, and numerous other civic and community groups.
	Heather Johnson is the Director of Operations for The Builders Group. She oversees the company's homebuilding operations, including production, finance and customer satisfaction. 	Lee Williams joined The Builders Group as the Production and Quality Manager in 2007. He became a welcome partner in 2009. Lee ensures that the company's production goals are met and that strict quality control is maintained for all field operations.
